Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Refund Procedure

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Bank and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters shipment processing.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
